With a mastery of traditional, eclectic and international cuisines as diverse as their clientele, Occasions’ chefs often impress even the most discerning palettes. “A cosmopolitan city like Washington demands great versatility,” says Mark. “Our staff includes chefs who are expert in the cuisine of every major world region. They prepare diverse international menus on a daily basis. We enjoy creating the perfect menu for each event, whether the guests are local or from dozens of different countries.”
